Building Skills + Enhancing Lives

Hands as a tool for Self Expression

2019-08-08-Play-2_720_480

Our Hands are central tools for every day live. We touch and we are being touched through and with our hands. We create with our hands. Our hands touch and feel the environment around us and send information to our brain which then gets translated into a responds which can be an action, spoken word, an emotion or simply a smile.

In our programs we work with these wonderful, versatile tools and assist children to develop good Hand skills through PLAY activities for every day life and for further learning.

Play Dough is one of the mediums we use to make hands strong and at the same time give children space to express their inner world in color and form…slowly gently and in their own time .

Play is the work of childhood – Jean Piaget
