March Holiday Program

2019-03-31 holiday 4_773_580

The creative works team offered another exciting, vibrant and very active holiday program in the March holidays. The Stanford team offered workshops from Die Bron primary in Stanford while the Masakhane team worked with the children from a new space that we are using from now on with the permission of the Grootbos Foundation.

The children made flowers from paper plates, beautiful beaded necklaces, decorated cookies ,played games , ate delicious rainbow cake, painted colorful pictures and created funny eggs and chicks from paper plates . The groups were big and our biggest challenge with the holiday program is to manage numbers . For the upcoming program in June we will divide the bigger numbers into small groups and give as many children as possible a chance to participate.

Please support this program as it keeps children save and and stimulated in the holidays. Thank you to all our supporters in Stanford and Gansbaai.
